The intensity of OTF was inspirational! When we dropped by for our quick visit the motivating trainers, top-of the line fitness equipment and even the orange lighting made us want to step inside the studio and sweat! We happen to stop by during a vigorous workout with a high-energy trainer (instant endorphin booster)! The class consisted of circuit training stations like cycling, Pilates, treadmills, and TRX! This training is what the sweat-seekers use to exercise at 84-91 percent of their maximum heart rates!
